Reservations/Rates
The rate per room (house) is 1,350.00 Baht per night (approx. € 27.00),), the rate per room (bungalow) is 1500 Baht (approx. € 30.00) . Gay couples pay 1,800.00 Baht per night (approx. €36.00, depending on the exchange rate). The room rates include a German breakfast. Your "Thai friend" stays for free and we only charge for his breakfast. We offer four luxurious guest rooms in our house and bungalow with air conditioning, TV, DVD-player, safety deposit box, a private bath, etc. In addition, you will get to use 120 sq. meters of public space in our home, where you can enjoy your vacation. No hotel can compare to this private atmosphere.
About the weather:
The weather in Pattaya is nice year-round. The temperature is usually between 27-35 degrees Celsius. Unfortunately, we are not able to influence the weather.
All services are included in the room rate, e.g. the shuttle service during your stay in Pattaya, Internet, etc. There are no additional fees for you.

We speak German, Thai, and English. Hence, we will not have any problems communicating.
