The return trip from the north towards Pattaya, for all those who didn’t read the previous blogs, we made an excursion to the north, is less spectacular then only the long trip remains to be mentioned, but this time there are no swollen feet or similar, of course we stop a few times to eat, but in the late evening we are finally back in Pattaya and of course tired to death and go to bed as a single today…
At first glance out of the window, after a night in which I slept like a dead man, the sun shines like usually the sun shines towards me and I am looking forward to the new day, it is something completely different here than at home, one gets out of bed in the morning and has full energy again and is looking forward to the day, it will be explained by the sun and the eternal warmth and also by the boys…?
But first of all we want to be culturally on the road again today, my friend Jürgen has already contacted us and together we have decided today to explore the temple of truth, the so-called “Sanctuary of True“ in the north of Pattaya.
We order a taxi and off we go, we need a good 15 minutes from our hotel and then we already arrive.
An impressive building, completely made of teak wood, with a sensational technique in which no nails or the like are used. True artists are at work here, it is continuously built on.
We explore this wooden building that can’t really be called a temple and let the carved masks affect us lost in thought. It has something mystical, the sight calms and inspires at the same time to think, strange but here everyone feels something different.
DThe complex is very spacious in terms of the total area, there are also animals such as elephants to ride, a bistro and much more, but after 3 hours we have enough and want to enjoy the day today at the pool …
Of course we already make plans for the evening, because in Germany I had already told Jürgen so much about Pattaya, but I think he didn’t believe me even half of what I told him…
We want to go to Boystown tonight and get to know a nice boy for the night, time passes quite fast at the pool, especially since we also drank a few beers of Chang, so another 2 hours on the bed and then it starts.
We meet around 20 o’clock in the lobby and we go first to eat something to look around strengthened in Boystown, the selection of restaurants is huge, there is something for every taste, we eat German first because we have no experience in Thai cooking, nothing goes wrong, but we hopefully learn more every day and of course we will try the Thai cuisine…
Arrived in Boystown, it is about 22 o’clock because in the early evening there should be nothing going on anyway, the expectation is clearly exceeded, so Jürgen tells me anyway, because I already know it, his eyes start to glow, there are also a hundred pretty boys in front of the bars to see…
